Your new role

• An exciting opportunity for a Training Officer – Fixed Term Contract to join our team.
• This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from Oct 2025 till Oct 2026.
• You’ll be responsible for delivering relevant training to new and existing staff members throughout our organisation, focusing on our Manufacturing department.
• Stay informed of manufacturing process updates and regulatory changes to ensure training content is accurate and compliant.
• Guide and support trainee Manufacturing staff in early cleanroom procedures and qualifications within a GMP framework.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training frameworks and processes across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, both paper-based and electronic, in line with compliance standards.
• Complete quality related documentation including aseptic qualification batch records, change controls and incidents/deviations in accordance with GMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain Training Academy documentation including SOPs, Risk Assessments and Batch Records.

About you

• Prior experience within a GMP cleanroom environment.
• A background in stem cells, cellular therapies or cell banking.
• IT Proficient, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to meet deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy.
• Flexible and enthusiastic approach.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Life Sciences, or a related subject. Equivalent training and experience will also be considered.
