Your new role
- We are recruiting for a QC Analytical Project Coordinator to join our team.
- You will be responsible for supporting the current GMP production of cellular therapies and cell banking.
- You will manage test house relationships, handle administrative tasks related to sample submissions, and collate non-project related tasks within the QC Analytical department.
- Monitor test house performance and maintain routine communication to promote minimal turnaround times.
- Perform general record keeping and maintain document organisation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business requirements.
- Assist in compiling information for client communications.
About you
- Strong experience in administration, preferably in a scientific environment.
- Excellent administration and record keeping skills.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
- Capable of representing the company when dealing with suppliers and clients.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work to deadline and be fluid in completing tasks.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm.
